       Double cyclone high-efficiency automatic filter can ensure the high quality of effluent water in the case of more suspended matter in the raw water, with high filter speed and large water treatment capacity. Fiber ball filter can not only be applied to the filtration and treatment of raw water with more suspended solids, but also be used in the circulating water system to improve water quality and water recycling utilization rate to achieve the purpose of saving water consumption, which is the necessary equipment in the current industrial water treatment facilities. The double cyclone filter adopted in this system is a double-layer filter chamber structure, which ensures the filtration effect and reduces the floor space at the same time.
       Double cyclone high-efficiency automatic backwashing filter is a self-pressure fiber ball filter. While maintaining the advantages of general self-pressure fiber ball filters, the unique backwashing method makes his shear force and collision friction on the fiber filter material occur at the same time, and can be adjusted by appropriately adjusting the strength of the backwash water flow and the air flow to adjust the shear force and collision friction. Simulates the repeated rubbing of the filter media by manual labor.
       Radial infinitely variable speed backwashing mode: double cyclone high-efficiency automatic backwashing filter in its circular cylinder wall, designed the upper and lower two backwashing fluid ring distributor, in the tangential direction of its internal circular cylinder wall, designed with a number of special hole type jet holes, these two ring distributor within the jet holes in the direction of the opposite direction, when the backwashing water flow or airflow alternately backwashing, such as the upper one at the ring distributor When the backwashing water flow or air flow alternately backwashing, such as the upper one at the ring distributor, the water flow (air flow) drives the fiber ball filter media to rotate clockwise, and the water flow (air flow) at the following ring distributor drives the fiber ball filter media to rotate counterclockwise, and the combination of these two different rotating water flow (air flow) will produce a huge shear force or collision force on the fiber ball filter media to repeatedly knead and achieve the effect of thorough and effective cleaning of the fiber ball filter media. When adjusting the pressure of the water flow (airflow), the rotational speed response of the two rotationally different water flows (airflow) will also change, and the shear force or collision force will also change, enabling the realization of the original radial infinitely variable speed backwashing mode. This avoids the general packing filter in the backwashing filter material can only flow with the water (airflow) at the same time, the shear force or collision force can only rely on the self-weight of the filter material and the micro-power, the cleaning effect is not complete, and the cleaning cycle is long, time-consuming, water-consuming. Also avoid the general mechanical stirring cleaning, mechanical device structure is complex, power consumption, filter media easily damaged.
       Labyrinth flow-averaging axial backwashing mode: The double cyclone high-efficiency automatic backwashing filter is also designed with a labyrinth flow-averaging axial backwashing device at the bottom of the filter. The cleaning device divides the bottom of the filter axially into a number of cleaning areas, so that the backwashing water flow (airflow) is evenly distributed to each cleaning area, so that the flow rate and pressure of each backwashing area are equal. When the filter realizes axial cleaning in the filtration direction, it ensures uniform cleaning of the filter as a whole. Avoiding the general filter bottom backwash air intake (water intake) for a chamber, once a part of the filter media layer loosened and swelled before other parts, resulting in pressure relief, the other filter media will not be able to realize effective backwashing, resulting in backwashing short-circuiting and formation of backwashing failure.
       During the backwashing operation of double cyclone high-efficiency automatic backwashing filter, radial backwashing and axial backwashing are carried out alternately under the control of automatic controller. Effective and thorough cleaning of the filter media ensures the regeneration of the filter media.
       Advanced fiber modification technology: cleaning treatment - high temperature agent immersion - room temperature vacuum infiltration - medium and high temperature steaming - cooling and finishing processes. After the fiber filter media treated by this process, the pharmaceutical solution can enter the molecular structure under high temperature and high pressure, and play the hydrophilic and oil-repellent effect for a long time and effectively.
       Fiber ball filter media: The filter media is processed with polyester filament, with good elasticity, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, large specific surface area, high removal rate of organic matter, strong interception capacity, etc., is the depth of water treatment and fine filtration filler. It has excellent abrasion resistance, microorganism resistance, no mold or moth.
